The recently launched range of VenaPure anti embolism stockings enhances the Aircast range of vascular products. Manufactured from a 90% Nylon and 10% Spandex the VenaPure stockings offer a greater degree of two way combined with an increased end stretch provide for a better anatomical fit to the patient. The close knit construction provides higher durability of the material. The material is also latex free. The inspection toe hole position sits on top of the toe area making foot inspection easier. The change in position of the inspection hole also prevents the toes from protruding from the inspection hole on walking.
